I have been on a search for a vintage Louis Vuitton Speedy bag for like a year or so now. I lucked up on this one, only paid $67 and it is 100% authentic. I have a thing for getting good buys on the things i want : ) Definately blessed and it was definately meant to be when I found it. It's a bag that will never change, the style will last a lifetime ♥

summer pursuits ♥ 1

Some Pursuits and a few of my own personal essentials for the upcoming summer season :

Cheetah Cardigan

+Saw one in Old Navy, it was perfect and lightweight for the few chilly summer night

Go with everything sandals

+ I'm in need of a great pair of sandals.

Tiffany's mini peace sign necklace

+I've had my eye on it for a while (that and the starfish one)

+I thought it would go nicely with the necklace and it's just too cute and petite

Hot Pink Grace Kelly's

+I know everyone know's them as Wayfarers but a friend and I call them Grace Kelly's or Gracekells. Anyway my regular pair have gone missing, so if I don't find them I'll get a normal pair, and hot pink pair : ) And they remind me of fun ,sunny weather so much!

also there might be a tattoo appearing sometime in the summer, just haven't made my final decision yet. Something not too out there and small ♥

Remember Diggy from MTV's "Run's House". Well I follow him on twitter and yesterday he was signed to Atlantic records! I've listened to a few of his songs, he's really good. I think he's going to be something to look out for. Everything about Diggy is very well put together, his swag is to die for and way ahead of his time, which I think is great. trying to be creative ♥

remember those old polaroid cameras? found one in my parent's closet, def going to try and find the film on ebay or something. I'm wearing Chanel pearls, a vintage bag i got thrifting the other day, a hot pink over-sized sweatshirt (cut the color off for more of that off the shoulder slouch). Just wanted to try a creative pic, well maybe it's not that creative, but i think it looks fun ♥

Trend Alert ♥

I've seen a lot of trend alerts for spring & summer. Here's a few things i feel will do your wardrobe some good as well as your make up bag :

Denim Jacket

+ You might think they are def a lame 90's look, but they made a comeback last spring. I think they look great especially since they have been brought back with many different looks. You can find one for cheap at any thrift store, or go to any of your fav stores like Gap or H&M.
Pastel Nail Color

+ Pastel shades will look great on your nails for spring. I prefer brighter colors right now, but I will be trying Pastels soon.

Floral Prints

+ Whether it's on a dress, a mini skirt or a top floral prints are perfect for spring and summer. They can brighten up your day. They are also a great investment for year round fashion.

The Boyfriend Watch/ Men's watch

+ it's back and will be here for a long time. Adds a great touch to any outfit

Fringe

+ Fringe hand bags , and possibly sandals

Pink Lips

+Pink make up is very in for spring and summer. Instead of the fierce red, the pink adds a softer more elegant touch. Also try pink shadows and blush.

Abstract Patterns

+ great colors and different unique designs will make you stand out this spring & summer

Nautical

+ Anything with stripes, reds, blues, anchors , rope handles or straps, cork soles on shoes. Nautical looks define summer.

Belle of the Ball ♥

Last night was the Oscar's and the gowns were gorgeous! But my favorite gown of the night had to be Zoe Saldana's Givenchy gown. I watched a few Fashion Police shows do reviews today, and some were not impressed. I didn't get a chance to see it fully on the red carpet, only the top while she was sitting. Once I saw the full thing i was even more in love. It is so unique and the color is great, and definitely love the sparkle. There were a lot of very gorgeous gowns, makes me wish i was going to prom again ♥
